Administrative Assistant

3-month contract (covering a LOA)

North Chicago, IL

$34/HR

Orion Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our pharmaceutical client in North Chicago, IL for their compliance team.s

To be considered for this role you must have 4yrs of administrative experience with great attn to detail, ability to articulate technology concepts, and terms, communicate professionally, create notes and meeting minutes, and technically proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel.

Support Tasks:

1. Log audit activities such as meetings and information requests into a spreadsheet, format and provide weekly snapshots.

2. Schedule meetings with identified Infrastructure and ISRM resources, attend meetings and take notes on commitments and timelines.

3. Conduct searches as requested in CMDB and ServiceNow for business applications (will require training on both tools).

4. Pull reports from OneTrust and format in Excel to provide insights into risk aging and risk themes.

5. Attend meetings related to End-of-Life planning for applications and servers and Service Account cleanup activities, take notes on commitments and timelines.

6. Send post-audit surveys to Infrastructure and ISRM participants, aggregate results and summarize.

7. Attend daily Major Incident calls, escalating relevant items to the rest of the team.

8. Create audit summaries using an existing template, with email threads and conversations with audit team members.

9. Monitor group email account and escalate time sensitive items.

10. Pull Infrastructure supporting documents from OneVault.
