As the Group Head for Life Sciences, I hold full P&L responsibility across North America and EMEA, overseeing operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to both candidates and clients. In this role, I manage all facets of the business, including strategic business development, client relationship management, and the optimization of recruitment processes. I lead a team, driving performance through effective staff training, mentorship, and development to ensure the continued success and growth of the business.

With a focus on maintaining high standards of service, I am responsible for aligning the team with organizational objectives, fostering long-term client relationships, and ensuring the recruitment process is efficient, streamlined, and impactful. Under my leadership, the Life Sciences division has experienced consistent growth, further solidifying Orion Group’s position as an international leader in personnel provision across various industry sectors since its founding in 1987.
