Based in Manchester, UK, Tom assumes the role of Divisional Director, overseeing operations in Manchester, Uganda, and Mozambique. His responsibilities span from staff management and operational oversight to business development, new country entry/partnerships and client relationship management.

With extensive experience in managing large-scale projects for major energy companies, Tom excels as a Key Account Manager. He has a proven track record of successfully sourcing and integrating top-tier talent into international projects, catering to the needs of both Energy Operators and EPC companies across the energy sector.
