Financial compensation package

• Basic 38 - £27.12 per hour

• OT1 - £37.97 per hour (Fri morning until Midday Sat)

• OT2 - £48.82 per hour (Midday Sat and all Sunday)

• Other benefits:

• £302 accommodation allowance (tax free)

• Monthly rail fare to home station

• Milestone bonus – 10%

• Pension – 5%

• Annual leave – 190 hours

• Death in service - £30,000

• Personal accident – up to £100, 000

• Sick pay​
