Orion Partner Plus have been retained to source 3 x Principal Discipline Engineers on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Sugar-Land just oustside of Houston and are new positions within the organisation.
Reporting to the Director of Process Technology and Quaity the role will consist of the following;
Support the global manufacturing operations providing advice, guidance and direction on technical aspects of operations to contunually improves process, safety, efficiency and quality performance.
This role will be a key Technical Liaison between cantralised operations and the global maufacturing sites in the US, Europe and Asia.
You will be a leader in Process Safety and lead the root cause analysis to support recurring issues with manufacturing equipment
Indentify best practices accross internal manufacturing operations and share accross the network to improve manufacturing processes in terms of robustness, yield and quality.
Must be an excellent communicator and have strong problem solving skills
Degree in Chemical Engineering and or Chemistry.
