Orion Group Life Sciences are looking for a Project Coordinator - Training Lead for our Multinational Pharmaceutical client based in Liverpool. Initial 6-month contract. This is a hybrid position.

Job Summary:
- Manage and plan training for the implementation of Swiss TLM and German TLM & Payroll Implementations.
- Conducting a thorough analysis to understand the training needs of different employee groups.
- Identifying specific skills and knowledge gaps related to the new Payroll and TLM system.
- Designing a comprehensive training plan that includes objectives, timelines, and methodologies.
- Gather training materials working with our new vendor.
- Work internally with business stakeholders to devise training materials and means of delivery.
- Developing training materials such as manuals, guides, e-learning modules, and presentations.
- Utilising various training methods (in-person, virtual, recordings, manuals, information sessions) to accommodate different learning styles and needs.
- Coordinating training sessions, including scheduling, rooms arrangements, and resource allocation.
- Assessing the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys etc.
- Working closely with project managers, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on training results.
- Maintaining detailed records of training activities, attendance, and feedback.
- Reporting progress and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
- Payroll Training experience.
- Used cases of automation to facilitate delivery.
- Fluent in German is preferred.
