As a CPO Hub Manager, you will play a crucial role in the operations team, ensuring the seamless management and performance of EV charging hubs. Your responsibilities will include:

Role Overview:
As a CPO Hub Manager, you will play a crucial role in the operations team, ensuring the seamless management and performance of EV charging hubs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing charger onboarding, setup, and remote commissioning for new ultra-rapid hubs.
- Ensuring compliance with industry uptime regulations and best practices.
- Providing technical support to optimise asset performance, diagnose faults, and minimise lifecycle costs.
- Collaborating with internal teams, supply chain partners, and technology providers to enhance operational efficiency.
- Expertise in Charge Point Operator (CPO) platforms, including experience with OCPP & OCPI protocols and charger management software.
- Strong background in electrical engineering and electronics, with the ability to conduct technical fault analysis.
- Knowledge of the EV charging industry, specifically ultra-rapid hub operations (preferred but not essential).
- Proven experience in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and software-based charger management.
- Proficiency in relevant software platforms, databases, and standard office applications (MS/O365).
- Field-based role with travel required to key business locations.
