Orion Partner Plus have bee retained to source an experienced Environmental Project Manager to join our client's team in Lewisville, TX. ( 50 mins drive from Dallas) In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing environmental projects with a focus on site characterization and remediation of soil and groundwater.
As the Environmental Project Manager, you will act as a technical resource and leader for our environmental projects, overseeing all aspects of project management, design, and execution.

As the Environmental Project Manager, you will act as a technical resource and leader for our environmental projects, overseeing all aspects of project management, design, and execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet client expectations, timelines, and budgets.
- Conducting project analysis, design, and technical assessments.
- Preparing detailed technical reports, proposals, and bid documents.
- Interacting with clients to understand their needs and providing expert guidance.
- Overseeing construction activities associated with environmental remediation projects.
- Leading business development initiatives to expand our client base and grow our project portfolio.
- Supervising, mentoring and guiding junior and mid-level staff to support their professional growth and career development.
- B.S. degree in geology, environmental science, engineering or a related field (M.S. preferred).
- 15 or more years of experience in environmental project work and project management.
- Current Professional Geologist (P.G.), Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or PMP
- Experience with DOD projects and/or large federal projects
- Proven track record in project management, technical writing, and proposal development.
- Experience managing fixed price performance-based environmental projects with a construction component is a plus.
- Exceptional client management and business development skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to coordinate with federal, state, and local agencies on regulatory requirements.
- Must be able to adhere to schedules, scopes, budgets, and EA’s project management and quality standards.
