Work Location : Salalah, Oman
Contract Duration : 1 Year  Extendable contract 

Background and experience

Minimum 12+ years’ experience in similar role, in a large oil industry industrial organisation
In-depth knowledge and experience with HRIS systems, database management, and data analysis tools.
Strong understanding of compensation design, market analysis, and pay equity principles.
Strong experience in:
o ERC
o Policies and Procedures.
o Strategy & Performance reporting,
o People transformation projects,
o ERP solutions
o Strong data analysis and reporting skills to make data-driven decisions and recommendations
o Planning skills
o Forward thinking
o Excellent business and technical report writing skills.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Development and execution of Total Rewards & HRIS related tasks, foundation / initiatives.
Manage Total Rewards & ERC, Payroll, HR Systems and HR Projects considering business complexities and geographical distributions; by overseeing and managing the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs, as well as the HRIS technology that supports HR operations in order to support People to ensure attracting, retaining, and motivating employees by managing compensation and benefits programs effectively.
Develop a comprehensive total rewards strategy that includes compensation, benefits, incentives, and recognition programs aligned with the organization's business goals and competitive market positioning.
Design and Implementation of Total Rewards & Employee Recognition and Communication (ERC) Programs. Manage ERC budget, utilization & forecast the yearly estimate.
Maintain the People related ERP (HRIS) solutions. Ensure data accuracy, system security, and efficient workflow processes. Ensure the efficient use of HRIS technology to support HR operations and strategic decision-making
Use HRIS data to analyze HR metrics, trends, and workforce analytics. Provide insights to inform HR and organizational decision-making.
Support the company in regular market surveys and analysis to ensure competitive pay practices.
Responsible for gathering People Department requirements on ERP SAP system enhancements and customizations to share with ERP functional and required to guide the ERP team.
