Business Development Manager – Filtration Division (Remote with Travel) Location: Remote (with travel)
About the Role: Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion within our filtration mesh business across all market segments. This role is responsible for identifying new opportunities, leading prospecting efforts, and managing the sales process from initial contact to closing. Post-sale customer maintenance will be managed by the local sales representatives. The ideal candidate will proactively build a pipeline of new business opportunities, establish strong customer relationships, and support key partnerships for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive market share growth in filtration products, aligning with Global Marketing strategies.
- Lead new-business proposals and presentations to foster relationships and partnerships.
- Identify industry trends and customer needs, building a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for target market segments.
- Work with the National Sales Manager to implement marketing strategies and delegate tasks.
- Regularly analyze industry trends and customer drivers to refine business development efforts.
- Maintain customer success by growing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
- Generate new leads, identify key decision-makers, and manage the sales cycle.
- Become a market segment expert, assessing growth potential and aligning with value proposition.
- Travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and drive business development.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in filtration applications.
- Proven track record in lead generation, prospecting, and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong ability to build long-term customer relationships and secure new business.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive with a hunter mentality.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to work independently.
