Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to appropriate staff members
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
  • Assist with office organization and maintenance
  • Support the organization of social gatherings, wellness activities, and special occasions within the office
  • Handle restaurant bookings, gift purchases, and office subscriptions
  • Manage noticeboards and ensure information is up-to-date
  • Book travel and taxis as needed

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well with others and independently
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
