Job description
Position: HSE Administrator
Position Info:
Work Location: Base Office (30 km away from the city centre)
Position Schedule: ASAP, 1 year (renewable)
Qualifications & Experience: Education: Higher education
Work Experience:
1-2 years of similar experience within oil and gas industry.
Young Graduates are also welcome to apply.
Knowledge of Languages: English (fluent), Azerbaijani (fluent).
Other Skills/Certificates Required:
• Knowledge and application of HSE reporting system (HSE regular reports and incident notification reports) and Incident Investigation organization.
• Knowledge of criteria, standards, main techniques and methodologies for hazards identification during work execution, occupational risk assessment and evaluation.
• Strong skills in MS Office.
Responsibilities:
• Act as a focal point at the assigned facility for all HSE Administrative issues;
• Support core processes and activities providing efficient and quality clerical services and control data inputting;
• Perform HSE statistical reports / analysis;
• Follow up HSE Action Tracking registers;
• Log HSE Training records in dedicated databases;
• Prepare project HSE presentations;
• Be involved in procurement process of HSE related items;
• Responsible for monitoring of Hazard Observations Cards reporting and follow the closure with responsible parties;
• Distribution of relevant HSE reports;
• Participate in required HSE inspections;
• Planning, arrangement and organization of drills in the office;
• Conducting Risk Assessments as per request;
• Participate and assist on Sustainability events, Safety Surveys, Campaigns;
• Assist in preparing and managing all type of documentation as required;
• Advise Project HSE Manager of any HSE concerns and non–conformance with procedures, plans, etc.;
• Promote HSE awareness amongst site personnel and assist with training activities, as necessary;
• Spread HSE rules / standards / procedures / bulletins on site;
• Fully adhere, at all times and irrespective of the workplace, to Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) policies, procedures and requirements;
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the line manager.
