• Manage Operational/ Asset objectives from the planning, scheduling and progress reporting standpoint.
• Serve as focal point in the preparation, maintenance, progressing and reporting of the Asset Integrated Schedules covering 14D, 60D, 6M, 6Q and 5Y operational/ maintenance routines
• Serve as focal point in the identification and creation of service purchase requests within IFS and liaise with Asset Procurement and Logistics (both local and head office) in the scheduling, procurement and delivery of critical spares, materials and equipment. Schedule and monitor progress of the entire procurement and logistics cycle, ie RFQ, bids, CBE/ TBE, PO, manufacturing, ex-works, transit and delivery onshore & offshore to ensure availability as per the required-on-site (ROS) dates
• Support the OIM and TMM in the management and levelling of offshore personnel (ie core crew and visitors) within the allowable POB for the Asset
• Support the Technical and Maintenance Manager in the preparation of Level 4 critical Maintenance Schedule (such as MGC Shutdown Schedule, Tank Inspection Campaigns, Total Shutdown Schedule), including coordination and communication of these schedules to all parties.
• Liaise with Vendors, OEMs and the client’s Internal Organization to ensure timely confirmation and mobilization of vendor reps/ technicians and the client’s Roving Team as per the required-on-site (ROS) dates detailed in the integrated plan and/ or critical L4 ad-hoc schedules
• Coordinate with the Life Extension Team to ensure that detailed and regularly updated Life Extension Schedule covering 14D, 60D, 6M, 6Q and 5Y activities are integrated into the Asset Integrated Schedule
• Manage the critical work orders within IFS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) requiring External/ 3rd party assistance and ensure that these are reflected and identified/ highlighted in the Asset Integrated Plan
• Issue periodic schedule updates to report status of all maintenance tests and inspection routines to be carried out as per IFS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and issue Overdue Maintenance Statistical Reports for discussion and timely resolution
• Liaise with Procurement, Human Resources, Project Management, HSE, Financial and internally within operations as required
• Assist in preparation and management of budgets and control expenditure in conjunction with Financial department and Asset Manager
• Active participation for JSAs, FSAs and RCAs as required
• Prepare and manage required reports and maintain historical documentation
