Purpose
Our client is looking for a dynamic Project Administrator who will support the support project in Martinez, CA to deliver client’s key objectives and act as an ambassador of the organization and exemplify our company culture.
Position will provide administrative support for customer team. Will provide administrative and logistical support including meeting arrangement, progress tracking, and documentation on large, complex project. Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities. Has advanced word processing, spreadsheet, and graphics software skills.

Responsibilities:
- Travel Assistance – travel arrangements, including visa processing
- Customer relocation support.
- Prepare correspondence.
- Calendar management, will schedule and coordinate meetings
- Event planning will coordinate event space and catering needs.
- Maintain and order document.
- Prepare PowerPoint.
- Coordination and collaboration with project team and other administrative team.
Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements:
- Advanced word processing, spreadsheet, and graphics software skills
- Experience working with international customers preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams collaboration tool.
- Must have good communication skills (both oral and written).
Required:
- Education -High School Diploma.
- Min 3 year of experience within administrative responsibilities.
- Tertiary educated or qualified with an excellent level of administration, including advanced numerical and writing skills.
- Preferred Oil and Gas experience.
