Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Resource Management: Ensure the availability of personnel, equipment, and materials to meet project demands.
- Scheduling & Execution: Develop detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.
- Quality Control: Ensure all project deliverables meet or exceed industry and company standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and adherence to cost constraints.
- Team Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams, providing guidance and motivation to achieve project goals.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to optimize project outcomes and efficiency.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management, preferably in water treatment or oil and gas.
- Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with project management methodologies and relevant industry standards.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to develop effective solutions.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmen
