Orion Partner Plus is on a mission to find an NSARP-approved Project Manager – Munitions Response for a permanent, remote role. This is a rare opportunity to take the lead on high-impact projects with the U.S. Department of Defense, Army Corps, Navy, and Air Force, managing munitions response initiatives on both active and former military sites.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Oversee planning, design, and execution of Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) projects.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and quality while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare essential reports and documentation (UFP-QAPP, ESS/ESP/CSS, RI/FS/PP/DD, RACR, etc.).
  • Lead fieldwork operations and coordinate with government and regulatory agencies.
What You Need:
  • B.S. or higher in geology, engineering, environmental sciences, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years as an MMRP PM.
  • PMP certification preferred; professional registration a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with DGM, AGC, munitions response assessment, and remediation projects.
  • Expertise in USACE, NAVFAC, AEC project management.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for site visits. Valid U.S. citizenship and driver’s license required. No sponsorship is available.
