We have a current opportunity for a Quality Leader on a contract basis.
3-5 days per week depending on workload - outside of IR35 - largely WFH with occasional work in London.
* responsible for the management and continuous improvement of our client's corporate Business Management System (BMS), ensuring ongoing ISO 9001:2015 certification and alignment with how we operate today. The role also supports io’s projects as a Project Quality Manager (PQM). It is envisaged that 50% of the role will be dedicated to projects and 50% to corporate activities.
A key component of this role involves reviewing and updating current BMS procedures and guidelines to reflect the evolving needs of the business, including workflow mapping, waste identification, and process streamlining.
