Duties and Responsibilities:
- Become a consultant and partner to promote the benefits of clean air in industry
- Build constructive and fruitful relationships at all levels within our clients' organizations
- Understand our customers' needs and use our proven sales process to demonstrate the benefits of clean air
- Be comfortable in various market sectors and sell to different types of companies and decision- makers
- Use the tools and materials provided to build and maintain a strong portfolio of leads
- Directing marketing actions in your region
- Maintain a rigorous follow-up of all meetings, opportunities and customers in our CRM system (Salesforce)
- Produce Business Cases that meet the client's requirements while being deliverable and achievable for the company
- Ensure that all contracts are within the set margins and allow the company to achieve a profitable return.
- Collaborate with our service team to ensure that we meet customer
- Participate regularly in team meetings and training workshops
- Be curious and proactive in your personal development
- Take care of all the equipment provided by the company (computer equipment, cell phone, air quality monitors, etc.) and ensure that it is properly maintained
- “*Must reside in the assigned sales territory of North Carolina, Northern Virginia, South Carolina, or Virginia““
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- A valid driver's license, with a good driving
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing selling service contracts to preferably to major warehousing & manufacturing customers
- A team-oriented individual with a proactive spirit with strong ethic and
- A results-oriented individual who excels in a fast-paced dynamic environment and is motivated by success.
- Willing to travel extensively with overnight stays as needed
- A strong book of decision-making contacts within the logistic, manufacturing, recycling, and industrial markets desired
- Strong organizational, time management, and negotiation skills required with the ability to work independently or as a member of a team.
- Excellent communication skills; with ability to articulate effectively both verbally and in written form, and influence at all levels of an organization to gain commitment and initiate action.
- Demonstration of developing and maintaining successful business to business sales and service relationships.
- Experience developing brand building programs for introduction of new and unique products into a large and varied market.
