The Role: Responsible for managing integrity assurance and engineering assessments related to asset structural integrity, regulatory compliance, performance, personnel, and costs. This role ensures the company's structural assets, including steel constructions, remain fit for purpose until the projected end of field life. Additionally, it contributes to assessing life extension possibilities and, when feasible, coordinates activities to achieve it.
Your Tasks:
• Develop & maintain the Structural Integrity Management Framework and related procedures in line with regulations, standards and best practices.
• Lead the Structural Integrity Management Framework implementation across branches and provide guidance.
• Conduct independent assessments on the implementation and up keeping of the framework and follow up on findings.
• Assist in planning and scheduling structural maintenance and inspections.
• Support decommissioning projects from the concept to the execution phase.
• Review and provide feedback on structural engineering projects.
• Examine at-risk structures and recommend improvements, repair or removal.
• Develop, review and enhance performance standards for structural equipment.
• Develop and recommend needed inspections for onshore and offshore structures, evaluate contractor report and propose solutions.
• Advise on life extension of structures following the regulatory frameworks.
Your Profile:
• University Master’s Degree/Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience across offshore and onshore projects with focus on steel construction and maintenance.
• Experience in construction and maintenance structural steel works, equipment foundation and buildings.
• Proficient in Structural Management system design and implementation.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
