Role Overview:
Reporting to the Director of Contracts, the Sr. Specialist will be responsible for leading the full lifecycle of complex contracts (primarily EPC, MSA, PSA, and other commercial agreements). Candidates should have strong skills in contract negotiation, drafting, and administration, and be able to work cross-functionally to support both pre- and post-award contract activities.

Candidates should have strong skills in contract negotiation, drafting, and administration, and be able to work cross-functionally to support both pre- and post-award contract activities.
Focus Areas:
- End-to-end contract management, from planning and negotiation to execution and post-award administration
- Strong understanding of EPC, MSA, and PSA contract structures
- Familiarity with risk mitigation strategies and contract compliance
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, project management, finance, and operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of contract management experience, preferably in the energy sector (Owners Side)
- Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement principles, and risk management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Certifications:
- NCMA or supply chain certifications (e.g., CPSM, CCCM, CPCM, CSCP, MCIPS)
