Subsea HSE Lead

We are currently seeking experienced professionals for two key HSE roles in a major offshore oil and gas project. These positions will be instrumental in ensuring the highest HSE standards are upheld throughout project execution.


HSE Method Lead Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all HSE management activities across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and installation phases.
• Ensure contractor compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
• Implement and maintain H3SE reporting systems and track KPIs.
• Lead incident investigations and audits, ensuring corrective actions are in place.
• Maintain and update the Project Emergency Response Plan and HSE Management Plan.
• Support HSE committees and training programs to ensure personnel competency.

Requirements:

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HSE management systems and reporting.
• Excellent communication and cross-cultural influencing skills.
• English fluency required.

Job Details:

• Location: Paris, France (with possible relocation to Suriname post-FPSO sail away)
• Contract Duration: 1.5 to 5 years
• Start Date: ASAP
• Status: Residential
