Client was looking to identify a manpower provider who could deliver a seamless, comprehensive and compliant Global Mobility offering for a large overseas population of project workers.
The Brief
To deliver a seamless and comprehensive mobilisation service, including visa and immigration support, for 80 contingent workers (from outside the UK) travelling to an offshore location in the UK Continental Shelf.
The Solution
The pre-mobilisation services included in-person assignment discussions with each worker to advise on; the process, project overview, terms and conditions, actions required by the worker, timescales and deadlines, arrangements on arrival in the UK.
Further worker mobilisation and support services included:

- Sourcing of certification and documentation for visa purposes
- Processed right-to-work compliance checks
