To train the local workforce on modern standards in completion processes and systems, the client was looking for a provider to help them fully audit their existing systems and make recommendations for improvement.
The Brief
The major challenge was the lack of current and documented completions data currently in place to use as a reference, which made identifying gaps difficult. The peer review was to be completed within a tight 4-week period.
The Solution
The OCCMS solution would enable the Addax team to view base study investigation and gap analysis breakdowns of current completions methods, as well as establish “best in class” and “fit for project” practices.
The Outcomes
