The client was experiencing issues with internal headcount and challenges with immigration and required an interim solution to ensure project delivery was not affected by difficulties in hiring the personnel required.
The Solution
Through our local entity, Orion was able to secure the necessary work permits and provide full immigration support for contract personnel and their families, as well as comprehensive relocation assistance including travel arrangements, accommodation, schooling and banking services.
The Outcomes
Working closely with the client, Orion mobilised over 100 expatriate personnel over an 18 month period. Local recruitment services were also able to identify regional personnel from GCC countries and the Indian subcontinent to complement internal client hiring processes
