Project Background

Long standing relationship with client that has grown and matured over a period of time supplying ad-hoc workers to project awards, allowing client to keep headcount steady.

The Brief

Recruit, HR and payroll services provided for ad-hoc workforce during 24/7 operations at their site. In addition, we were to include an Occupational Health offering ensuring all contractors were screened prior to starting on site and further reviews were undertaken at regular intervals throughout the year.

The Solution

Premobilisation meeting to identify contractor numbers and discuss scopes of work and job details including working hours. Carried out a recruitment campaign of the local area to identify suitable candidates for requested positions. Also identified a qualified Medical provider to support our offering on site in respect of Occupational Health offering.

The Outcomes
