As a result of a close working relationship with the client for many years, Orion were approached to partner with them again as they looked to expand their project portfolio. This UK based Oil and Gas operating company had not worked overseas before and were looking for a provider with a strong overseas footprint to partner with.

The Client was looking for an established manpower company to partner with to ensure the safe, efficient recruitment and contractor management of their project team across multiple overseas locations.
The Solution
Orion were selected to deliver comprehensive support and expertise to recruit contingent labour across a variety of Engineering, Technical and support services disciplines. These services were tailored to meet the project requirements of the client at worksite locations, both office and site based, across UK, Norway, China and the Philippines. Orion’s end-to-end solutions included Contingent Recruitment, International Payroll, Local Payroll, Visa/Immigration, Global Mobility Services, ensuring seamless workforce integration and compliance across all locations.
The Outcomes
Orion successfully recruited and managed the onboarding and ongoing contractor management of 75 personnel throughout the life cycle of the Penguins project in Aberdeen, Norway, China and the Philippines.
