The Brief
The brief focused on six key expectations from the client:

- Improve time to hire recruitment service
- Effect substantial cost efficiencies
- Provide visibility of all resourcing activity
- Transition third party management to Orion

The Solution
The Orion Group’s ISP delivers resourcing performance enhancements and transactional savings to client’s recruitment processes. These are introduced through a range of measures including lead agent service efficiencies, out-sourced labour supply management, single vendor billing and consolidated reporting, vacancy management and candidate co-ordination.
The Outcomes
The client was delighted with the MSP project that Orion developed, implemented and now operate. It was delivered on-time, in-budget and exceeded their expectations:
- 4 Preferred Supplier Lists each comprising 3 suppliers
- Recruitment time to hire halved immediately
