Established in 2010, our client is a global leader in Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). The company's mission is to scale up SAF demand and production capacity to help the aviation industry meet its 2050 net-zero commitment.

The Brief

Support the recruitment of a full-time, experienced Senior Process Engineer (SPE) to report to the Head of Technology. The SPE will play a key role in SAF production capacity development projects, contributing to engineering design reviews, participating in HAZID & HAZOP meetings, and providing project interface support. Responsibilities also include advising the project team on technology assessments, plot plans, risk & assurance reviews, O&M strategy, and project execution planning, along with associated documentation.

The Solution

Utilise a specialised search strategy to engage professionals with experience in process engineering, SAF production, and refinery technology.  We leveraged industry networks, professional platforms, and talent databases to reach passive and active candidates.  Conducted market mapping to identify key talent pools in relevant industries such as renewable fuels, petrochemicals, and industrial processing.  Implemented a rigorous screening process to assess technical competencies, project experience, and alignment with SAF production requirements.
