This strategic collaboration enabled us to participate in a competitive tender process with a leading energy operator, culminating in the award of a prestigious Technical Assistance Services frame agreement.
The Brief
As a Technical Assistance Services contract, the scope covers a full range of requirements related to managing the contingent workforce. The inclusive scope includes the recruitment and administering of national and expat contingent labour workers in multiple global worksite locations; onshore, offshore, at plant, and in offices.
The Solution
We are delivering comprehensive support and expertise to recruit contingent labour across a variety of technical and commercial roles, including project management, engineering, construction management, Fabrication Management, commissioning support, QHSE, project controls, procurement, and contract management. These services were tailored to meet the project requirements of the client at worksite locations, both office and filed, across Uganda, France and the UK. Our end-to-end solutions included Recruitment, International Payroll, Local Payroll, Visa/Immigration, Global Mobility Services, and HSE Consultancy, ensuring seamless workforce integration and compliance across all locations.
