Project Manager
Manages large-scale T&D projects, handling budgeting, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management. They develop project plans, lead teams, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with nuclear industry regulations and safety standards.
Electrical Engineer
In Transmission and Distribution (T&D), electrical engineers have a wide range of responsibilities, including designing and optimising transmission systems while adhering to industry standards, planning transmission lines and supervising their construction, and evaluating transmission feasibility, interconnection standards, and conducting system impact studies.
Site Manager (Nuclear)
To ensure the smooth coordination between various teams, sire managers coordinate activities and ensure work complies within strict safety standards, oversee project planning, organisation, and execution, and manage all technical and human resources.
Safety Manager
As in any industry, safety managers are responsible for reinforcing safety culture within the plant, conducting risk assessments, Implementing and sharing safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Regulatory Compliance Manager
These managers ensure that all operations and changes in the nuclear industry comply with strict national and international regulations, so they need to oversee the whole licensing and permit process to ensure adherence to regulations set by bodies like IAEA and NRC.
Project Controls Manager (Nuclear)
This skilled role is about ensuring the successful delivery of complex nuclear projects, and the control systems within them, while maintaining safety, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with industry regulations.
