Location: Aberdeen, UK. I provide full cycle in-house recruitment support to CNOOC International and their UK operations and covers management of both contract and permanent recruitment whilst overseeing the effective day to day running of the MSP contract.  I’ve worked in business facing roles for over 20 years in the specialist HR areas of Talent Acquisition and Talent Development. Having previously been embedded in fast-paced, highly regulated and deadline driven environments, I have a unique understanding of the challenges faced in day-to-day operations and the importance of focusing on where the real value-add lies. Current specialty: Multi discipline recruitment in the Energy and Oil & Gas sectors.
