Location: Inverness HQ. I support the Middle East region so given the time difference there are usually a few items for me to action first thing! I’ll have a catch up call with the team every day, and then most days are receiving new vacancies from clients, logging and advertising these, and searching for suitable candidates. I’m then working to submit these candidates to clients and hopefully setting up interviews! When candidates are successful I will be liaising with them during the mobilisation process. Every day is different and I enjoy the variety of working on different types of roles and talking with candidates from around the world.  What do you do in your lunch break: Usually hang out with the dog – a quick walk to get some fresh air and then a bite to eat. What's the most rewarding aspect of your job: Definitely when I successfully place a candidate in a new role – if the candidate is then happy in their new job and location overseas It’s a very satisfying feeling.
