Access and Reimbursement Operations Specialist

Contract through end of 2024
Hybrid Monday-Wednesday in office/Thursday and Friday work from home.
$27/HR

Orion Group is hiring an Access and Reimbursement Operations Specialist to join our pharmaceutical clients US Patient Services team, to perform operational support capabilities as well as the management of projects to mature the A&R Field Teams.

The Access and Reimbursement Operations Specialist will report to the Associate Director of APS Operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and management of Access and Reimbursement demographic information (contact numbers, address, title, etc) to ensure timely completion of onboarding and offboarding activities.

  • Monitor Escalation Tool tickets in the Access & Reimbursement channel

  • Triage and manage Escalation Tool tasks between field teams

  • Build and run routine reports in excel and build PowerPoint presentations.

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma required, degree preferred and 2+ years' experience

  • Attention to detail

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task different priorities and responsibilities

  • Ability to work within multiple systems effectively and concurrently

  • Ability to manage their time efficiently and effectively

  • Experience working in Microsoft products (especially excel and PowerPoint)

  • Support other projects and tasks identified by the APS Operations team

  • Ability to navigate multiple systems congruently

    Proficient or greater experience in excel (examples; understands formulas like VLookup, build pivot tables, etc)
