Job description
Orion Group Life Sciences are looking for an Artwork Associate Labelling for our Multinational Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology client based in Breda. Initial 12-month contract. This is a hybrid position.

Main Responsibilities of the role
- Perform detailed reviews of artworks per Amgen’s Standard Operating Procedures.
- Provide input to optimize artwork processes, and support continuous process and quality improvements.
- Participate in team meetings.
- Master’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or related field OR Bachelor’s degree in graphic design & 2 years of Packaging/Labelling experience in a GMP environment.
- 2 + years Packaging /Labelling experience with a focus on artwork creation.
- 2 + years of relevant work experience in a highly regulated industry / cGMP pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience as an Artwork Designer within pharma industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools (mandatory).
- Solid understanding of design principles.
- Experience with print production processes and knowledge of prepress requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
- Demonstrate sound judgement and decision-making abilities.
- Continuous improvement mindset.

- Great interpersonal and communication skills.

- Experience with pharmaceutical labelling regulations.
- Proven track record of partnering with other departments to deliver on common objectives.
- Experience with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Power Point), and visual tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Google Charts).
