We have a current opportunity for a Data Steward/SCDB Specialist (N-1887-2) on a contract basis. The position will be based in Doha. For further information about this position please apply.
Position Title: Data Steward/SCDB Specialist
Location : Qatar
Must Have
Preferably bachelor's degree or equivalent. Alternative certification or several years of experiences can be considered equivalent.
Minimum of eight (8) years' proven work experience in data handling, database, and data visualization, with strong skills in:
- CSV data transformation
- MS Power Query, Pivot Table
- SQL knowledge is a plus
- Computing science and Databases (Excel, Access)
* Proven experience in the management and use of relationship databases and workflows.
* Must have Oil & Gas industry
* Experience working in multicultural environments.
* Strong knowledge of system completion tools.
* Multi Discipline skills and expertise.
Responsibilities
* Dealing with all types of structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data, CSV and XLSX, XLSB visualization operations.
* Making large and/or complex data more accessible, understandable, and usable.
* Transforming, improving, and integrating data, depending on the SCDB requirements (System Completions Database).
* Combining the data result sets across multiple sources (Data Lake).
* Use visualization tools such as Power BI professionally to display data and create dashboards that contain Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
* Data modelling and visualization.
* Use some techniques that help to get real time data feeds of SCDB.
