Job description

We have a current opportunity for an EPCI Manager on a permanent residential basis in Jakarta, Indonesia with a major oil and gas operator.

Purpose:
To efficiently manage in accordance with the Company Policies and MSG requirements, the Project Development pre-execution and execution activities for the flowline supply and offshore transportation, installation, pre-commissioning and support to commissioning up to the hand-over to Operations of the subsea equipment.
To manage and coordinate a multidisciplinary team for the execution and completion of the assigned package in accordance with the approved program, within the budget and to the specified standards, making sure that the allocated human and financial resources are utilized in the most efficient and effective way to meet the Development Project and Company's objectives.

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
The EPCI Manager is accountable to company management for the successful definition and delivery of the project in accordance with the agreed project objectives, including:
Responsible for the implementation, coordination and control for the quality in construction and installation activities for work units that responsible to handle flow lines and T&I, hence in accordance with project targets, Company's regulations, and the applicable Safety, Environmental, & Engineering procedures.
Support the Company during the project development execution phase as well as coordinate with internal parties for operational activities.
Managing Contractor's activities in order to achieve Project objectives for the supply of flowlines and offshore transportation, installation, pre-commissioning and support to commissioning of the subsea equipment, with timely achievement of all deliverables supply.
Managing the Work Package to reach all Project objectives (HSEQ / Technical integrity - Performance - Cost - Schedule - Company reputation - Local/ national economic development).
Mobilizing and managing the multidisciplinary team responsible for the execution of the Work Package activities.
Ensure the identification of Work Package risks and opportunities, and application of effective risks management and mitigation strategy
Support to the preparation and update of the Project risk register and the relevant mitigation strategy to address identified uncertainties.
Executing and completing the scope of the package within the project in accordance with the approved development program and budget.
Establishing project procedures and policies in accordance to MSG development, managing day-to-day progress of the project operations optimizing the use of project budget.
Ensure alignment with project objectives and expectations by a continuous interface and guaranteeing the right level of information (also through a timely reporting) to all the concerned stakeholders.
Reporting the project progress and costs trends to Project team.
Reviewing, recommend and approving the authorization for payments.
Reviewing, assessing, and recommending the way forward in a documented manner for any contract variations in accordance to the Variation of Order procedure defined within the contract.
Monitoring the project work package progress and costs and instigating/coordinating actions required to keep project safe, on quality, on budget and on tine.
Promote and follow-up actions for obtaining all the necessary approvals and authorizations by Government Authorities to run the operations of the Work Package and for achieving Ready for Hydrocarbon In certificate to allow safe hydrocarbon production.
Supervising and coordinating the execution of the development activities ensuring that the highest HSE standards are maintained throughout the entire project.
Ensuring that all interfaces between the project and with other projects are adequately defined and controlled.
Preparation and follow-up of the necessary Work Package certificates to obtain the hand-over to the production department, as well as the certificates between Company and Contractors.
Preparing detailed reports relevant to the specific Work Package for all Project phases.
Ensure the capitalization of the experience gained through the collection of Lessons Learned and support the project close out.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering/technical degree (refining, mechanical, electronic, civil, chemical, etc. engineering)
Professional Qualification:
* 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry in both onshore and/or offshore facilities
* Experience in managing offshore projects with the supply and installation activities for O&G subsea equipment in deep water
Training & Certification:
* HSE Management in upstream operations
* Petroleum Engineering
* Combined Survival & Rescue (T-BOSIET certification)
Language: Fluent in English & Intermediate knowledge of the local language (if required)
