Job description

Position: HR Partner
Location: Oman

Nationality: Omani

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or similar.
- With minimum 8 years experience within Oil and Gas for Upstream and Downstream in workforce planning, organizational design, JD/JE Mythology and full cycle of recruitment process.

JOB DETAILS HIGHLIGHTS:
- Extensive experience in Planning & Leadership Development, Performance Management, Graduates Developments programs, Internship program, technician and Operators program.
- Knowledge in Annual Planning and Staffing design, sourcing methods, leading and talent counsel
- Good English communication (speaking, writing, reporting) and native Arabic (Omani nationals).
- Good command in MS Office and software/systems tools such as SAP.
