Installation Manager - Foundations

The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Installation Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient and safe logistics and offshore construction solutions for foundation installation across our portfolio of offshore wind projects.
As an Installation Manager, you will work collaboratively with the project team, providing technical leadership and ensuring adherence to HSE and quality standards. Your expertise in vessel operations, offshore construction equipment, and supply chain management will be essential in optimizing project execution and meeting key milestones.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and define logistics and offshore construction solutions for foundation installation, ensuring efficiency and safety.
* Provide technical governance, capturing supply chain information on installation equipment specifications and operational requirements.
* Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of vessel operations to identify constraints and opportunities for optimizing offshore construction activities.
* Collaborate with technical, project controls, HSE, and quality teams.
* Adhere to and promote exemplary H3SE standards within the team.
* Develop installation methodologies for various foundation types and installation techniques.
* Provide detailed assumptions for the construction schedule.
Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Marine, Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering.
* Significant project experience in large marine T&I projects, preferably within EPCI projects.
* In-depth understanding of offshore construction programs, foundation installation activities, and interfacing package schedules.
* Proven track record in health and safety and environmental management within construction projects.
* Experience with CDM projects, HSE audits, design risk assessments, and method statement production.
* Strong knowledge of port infrastructure, marine operations, and offshore construction supply chain.
* Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., DNV, ISO, European Standards, ISPS).
* Expertise in offshore installation equipment (lifting aids, pile installation equipment, grouting equipment, etc.) and vessel types (floating crane vessels, jack-up vessels, HTVs, barges).
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
