Job description

MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS

The service holder will be involved in the FFD FEED and will lead the civil engineering discipline for the ABSHERON CFT plant. The service holder shall adhere to industry codes and standards practices and procedures and follow the project specifications.

The service holder may also be involved in the current pre-feed extension studies. The Service Holder will be as well deeply involve in the FEED scope of work preparation until FEED sanction. During FEED, the service holder will oversee the performance of the FEED CTR on time and on budget FEED deliverable submission for her or his scope of work and as well actively participate in the EPC CFT preparation.

The service holder will perform this work in accordance with Client and Project rules, guidelines and procedures.

ACTIVITIES

The service holders must possess strong experience in Onshore Civil engineering and be able to identify, control and manage risks related to her or his scope of work and highlight any opportunities.

This includes adhering to the Company Code of Conduct, Vision, Values and Behaviours, as supported by the Safe System of Working including Accountability of Safety.

The Service holder shall:

▪ Review the mechanical, structural and civil analysis to support FEED designs.

▪ Check compliance of design with scope and quality requirements

▪ Oversee studies for CPF and design of civil infrastructure, including event mitigation, water and wastewater conveyance and treatment, Road access, Early Work Land preparation. Analysis, design, detail engineering of Plant / Non-plant buildings, pipe racks, foundations, liquid retaining structures, equipment foundations for fabricated and rotating equipment, paving, roads , dikes, ring wall & tank foundations, etc.

▪ Review, assess Pilling and Civil foundation strategy.

▪ Oversee the Preparation, check/review, approve conceptual studies, designs and detailed project drawings, proposals, design criteria & specifications.

▪ Review of final design documents in CADD software including MicroStation. Application of Caltrans design guidelines.

▪ Assist in determining schedule and budget requirements, prepare draft cost estimates.

▪ review design calculations documents.

▪ Update and maintain engineering documentation and drawings.

▪ Knowledge of environmental principles, practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and current Country legislative issues.

▪ Knowledge of work classifications and the regulatory and statutory restrictions.
