**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee complete delivery of EPC execution-related Piping & Layout technical deliverables.
- Ensure quality goals are met while adhering strictly to project specifications.
- Appraise all technical documents ensuring compliance with scope requirements; proactively identify potential risks.
- Manage contractor resources effectively guaranteeing timely work completion across all stages including design reviews.

**Challenges Ahead:**
You will be instrumental in translating company requirements into Contractor actions efficiently, managing safe detailed design deliveries aligned with Company standards. Your role is pivotal in maintaining schedule adherence without compromising safety or quality under high-pressure conditions.

**Your Expertise Should Include:**
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) within Mechanical Engineering
- At least 15 years' piping & layout discipline experience inclusive five-year lead oversight on significant projects preferably offshore fixed platforms
- Proven track record working successfully on minimum two executed brownfield projects

Demonstrate profound knowledge about platform layout development needs along with equipment/material handling intricacies through past involvement alongside various stakeholders like EPC contractors - important skills include sensitivity towards diverse cultural backgrounds coupled by astute awareness surrounding industry Codes & Standards essential for this dynamic environment where flawless execution meets ever-evolving business controls compliances expected from you.
