Job description
Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Contract Night Drilling Supervisor for a 12-month PAYE contract. This will be on a 2/3 rotation mobilising from Aberdeen.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure Operations are Performed Safely: Champion safety and actively contribute to the implementation of company and industry safety policies.
- Ensure Efficient Execution of Drilling Activities: Optimise drilling processes to enhance efficiency and minimise downtime
- Manage Service Providers and Contractors: Coordinate with various contractors and service providers to ensure smooth operations
- Compliance with Regulations: Ensure all drilling activities comply with industry standards, company policies, and environmental regulations
- Troubleshoot Operational Issues: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during drilling operations to maintain productivity
- Prepare Reports and Maintain Records: Produce daily drilling/completion reports including equipment status, and any incidents to keep accurate records
