Job description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate offshore activities with the Marine and Helicopter Coordination Centre.
  • Arrange meetings and liaise with project stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to project procedures, processes, and IT Tools.
  • Support HSE when required.
  • Operate the Offshore management system and provide lessons learned/change requests.
  • Participate in general lessons learned.

Tasks

  • Planning & coordination of construction, marine, and helicopter activities, including preparation of relevant documentation.
  • Preparation & hosting of the Daily Planning Meeting.
  • Liaison with the Packages & Contractors to minimize operational conflicts.
  • Liaison with MHCC regarding the execution of planned activities.
  • Manage and allocate custody (time and space).
  • Daily dialogue with relevant Contractors & Masters to ensure compliance with site procedures and OMS.
  • Ensure all vessel Masters & helicopter pilots complete induction.
  • Assist the construction manager with tasks as required.
  • Chair/attend interface and kickoff meetings with contractors.
  • Ensure personnel are approved within OMS.
  • Assist in the VCC checklist & issuing of VCC.
  • Liaise with HSE team members on findings, investigations, and safety pushes.
  • Provide input into Lessons Learned for future projects.
  • Train new Offshore Support staff.
  • Train the O&M site planning team.
  • Track and control all cargo going offshore, including declarations to relevant authorities.

Deliverables

  • CTV/Helicopter Manifest for personnel tracking.
  • SOMS Training Documents.
  • Vessel/Helicopter performance reports.
  • Daily coordination & execution plan.

Mandatory Requirements

  • GWO courses: Sea Survival, Working at Heights, First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling.
  • BOSIET/HUET incl. CA-EBS.
  • OGUK Medical certificate incl. Chester Step.
  • Provide own laptop
