Operations Support Specialist
12-month initial contract
Hybrid - Monday - Wednesday in office/Thursday and Friday work from home.
$24-$27/HR

Orion Group is hiring an Operations Support Specialist for our pharmaceutical client's
US Patient Services team, providing unparalleled patient support that results in improved brand loyalty and patient satisfaction.
The Operations Support Specialist reports to the Associate Director of APS Operations to perform operational support capabilities and manage projects to mature our A&R Field Teams.
Responsibilities:
· Coordination and management of Access and Reimbursement demographic information (contact numbers, address, title, etc) to ensure timely completion of onboarding and offboarding activities.
· Monitor Escalation Tool tickets in the Access & Reimbursement channel
· Triage and manage Escalation Tool tasks between field teams
· Build and run routine reports in excel and build PowerPoint presentations.
Qualifications:
· Attention to detail
· Good communication skills
· Ability to multi-task different priorities and responsibilities
· Ability to work within multiple systems effectively and concurrently
· Ability to manage their time efficiently and effectively
· Experience working in Microsoft products (especially excel and PowerPoint)
· Proficient or greater experience in excel (examples; understands formulas like VLookup, build pivot tables, etc)
· Support other projects and tasks identified by the APS Operations team
