Our client is a dynamic and innovative organization dedicated to the global energy challenge and with a strong commitment to Net Zero. We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Buyer to join their dynamic team.

Role Purpose

The Senior Buyer will play a pivotal role in driving the procurement strategy and ensuring the efficient and effective acquisition of goods and services. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies, negotiating favorable terms with suppliers, and managing supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring they meet quality, delivery, and cost requirements.
Conduct negotiations to secure optimal pricing, terms, and conditions.
Manage supplier relationships, including performance monitoring and contract management.
Contribute to cost-reduction initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement.
Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum [Number] years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record in senior buyer roles.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
A deep understanding of supply chain principles and practices.
