Role: Senior Project Manager

Headcount: 1

Contract Length: 18-months

Location: Aldermaston (Hybrid)

As a Senior Change Project Manager your main responsibilities will be:

  • Leading organisational diagnostics to understand the ways of working & business performance for the "As Is" state.
  • Identifying potential impact & associated risks of multi-locational working on client operations (processes, policies, structures, IT, contracts etc.)
  • Developing & implementing cost-effective mitigations to address key risks & enable effective business operations in new locations.
  • Overseeing organisational diagnostics to understand the "As-Is" transportation landscape, issues & solutions.
  • Overseeing programme specific work with client and external SMEs to benchmark & develop transport solutions for the Thames Hub.
  • Leading the creation of documentation to support compliance for client Overarching Change Process.
  • Collaborating with OED team to ensure alignment with / development of client Operating Model.
  • Supporting design & implementation of necessary Business Change activities & PMO requirements.

You'll have relevant:

  • Demonstrable experience of delivering people / location Project Management Change in large, regulated industries.
  • Expert stakeholder management skills - communication & interpersonal skills.
  • An excellent understanding of operating models, their development & implementation.
  • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • A relevant PM qualification (Desirable).
