Are you an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager looking for a challenging and rewarding role within the Construction Sector? A prestigious client is seeking your expertise to lead current & upcoming large scale & complex commercial projects with precision and excellence. What you'll be doing
You will have experience as a Senior Project Manager - MEP /Senior Technical Services Manager leading the Project management team with the planning and daily execution of the MEP Services on a construction project.
Who we're looking for
You will be involved in:
* Coordinating mechanical and/or electrical design.
* Working with consultants and subcontractors.
* Managing safety and quality aspects of the project in accordance with company procedures.
* Supervising the progress of work and run M&E trades
* Preparing the project programme, including the delivery strategy and ensure project milestones are achieved.
* Ensuring smooth and timely flow of information between all parties to the contract.
* Identifying and predicting potential delays and action remedies.
* Keeping the project stakeholders informed of progress, cost and any other relevant issues.
* Reviewing project scope and managing the budget and schedule.
* Performing cost analysis as and when required.
* Participating in design reviews.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience: Experience as a Senior Project Manager leading major MEP biased projects
* Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of MEP systems, with the ability to manage the process of submittal approvals and project schedules.
* Qualifications: MEP Building Services or have experience in a related field position.
* Commitment to Quality: Dedication to evaluating and improving project-related processes to meet/exceed customer expectations.
* Integrity: High levels of integrity with a focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and supporting company values.
* Complex Structure build experience desirable
