Job description

Job Title: Warehouse and Production OperatorRole SynopsisThis position is part of a collaborative team environment, responsible for receiving goods and raw materials, picking, staging, and shipping finished goods, and operating and maintaining production equipment safely and efficiently. A primary focus will be the picking, staging, and shipping of finished goods to various network warehouses.
Key Accountabilities
  • Perform all work safely and efficiently while adhering to documented procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to receive raw materials, package finished products, and ship lubricants in compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Operate forklifts or other powered equipment safely to load, unload, stack, and stage products.
  • Maintain equipment, materials, and work areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization.
  • Accurately handle and complete all associated paperwork for inventory control and regulatory compliance.
  • Set up and operate machinery to inspect, fill, weigh, label, and pack containers with products and materials.
  • Inspect packaged items to ensure they meet quality specifications.
  • Pick, stage, and ship finished goods to various warehouses, ensuring on-time shipments and adherence to required processes.
Essential Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
Essential Experience and Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (production, warehouse, or process).
  • Certified to safely operate a forklift.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with computer programs, including email, internet, data entry, and document review.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented.
  • Self-starter with high motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated safety leadership.
  • Results-oriented with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules as needed.

  • Experience working with SAP is a bonus.
