Job description

Orion Group Life Sciences are looking for an All-round Employee Customer Sales Support Front Office Benelux for our Paint and Coating Manufacturing client based in Amsterdam. Initial 12-month contract.

What will you do

In the role of All-round Employee Customer Sales Support Front Office Benelux, you are the link between customers, sales, marketing, purchasing and customer service and you ensure that all your responsibilities are handled correctly and on time.

Main Responsibilities of the role

  • Optimal processing of purchase and sales invoices, price/stock differences.
  • Link between the customer, sales, marketing, customer service and purchasing.
  • Cooperation and coordination with Customer Service employees, Functional experts and process coordinators.
  • Perfect execution in the order-to-cash process
  • Solving problems on invoices that cannot be processed by the account payables & receivables department.
  • Resolving deviations in calculated quantities compared to received quantities.
  • Creating / changing customer data in SAP and the CRM package (ClientLink).
  • Maintaining lists/overviews, i.e. credit notes, difference lists (regarding quantity/price), so that in case of questions and/or invoice deviations, causes can be quickly investigated, and payment can be made.
  • Strong in drawing up and handling commercial correspondence.

Required Qualifications

  • MBO and/or MBO+ work and thinking level.
  • Experience in a similar position is a plus.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiar with MS Office, such as Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SAP is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Dutch and English in word and writing, French is a plus.
