**Construction Manager - Renewable Energy Sector**

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Manager with expertise in photovoltaic (PV) plants for an exhilarating project set against the backdrop of Angola's dynamic landscape. As part of our client's dedicated team, your role will be pivotal within this 35MWp PV plant mission.

As our ideal candidate, you'll bring:

- **Bilingual Proficiency**: Fluency in both English and Portuguese is essential.
- **Engineering Acumen**: A bachelor's degree or higher in engineering demonstrates your technical foundation.
- **Industry Experience**: At least 10 years' experience constructing power plants-your knowledge shapes success.
- **EPC Expertise**: Your background working on EPC projects ensures that best practices are second nature to you.

Your main responsibilities include:

* Ensuring all construction activities align perfectly with contractual agreements
* Overseeing every aspect from site supervision through commissioning phase completion
* Upholding rigorous HSE standards throughout each stage
* Monitoring progress meticulously while managing stakeholder expectations effectively

We seek someone who not only excels at ensuring compliance but also thrives when optimizing processes towards efficiency gains. With IT proficiency especially focused around MS Office Suite as well as familiarity with international construction standards-and if possible holding PMP certification-you'll stand out as a prime contender.

Please note that this role will be on residential basis in Lunbango area ( accommodation and in country transport will be provided) for a period of 15 months.
