Our client is seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent specialized in architecture for an iconic project based at RLIC Site, Doha. This position is located at RLIC Site to supervise and monitoring the construction activities involved Civil, Steel Structure & Architecture works.

MUST HAVE
* Engineering Degree\Diploma or relevant on the job experience
* Extensive experience in construction as a leadership and supervisory role
* 15 years' overall experience with at least 10 years demonstrated experience in construction of industrial buildings i.e. Administration buildings, Control Rooms, Warehouses with machinery etc.
* Broad and extensive knowledge of building construction (Civil, Structure and Architectural), design standards, specifications, codes, appropriate safety criteria, operations, with overall responsibility for construction execution of small to medium scale projects.
* Working experience in Qatar and Ras Laffan Industrial City is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* The Construction Superintendent shall provide the Technical and Construction expertise for ONSHORE BUILDINGS & INFRASTRUCTURE COMPRESSION PROJECT which involves Onshore buildings.
* Responsible and accountable to review, comment, and approve construction execution related procedures, specifications, and deliverables prepared by the Contractors.
* Working effectively within established procedures and participates in all important meetings and workshops (e.g., weekly, and monthly meetings, 3D Model reviews, Constructability, Construction and Completion Sequence Reviews).
